Part 3 of trying the games on Indie Heroes Collection 3 is here! We are finishing up past Games of the Month!
Magic and Legend is...a game. I like it enough, but I can admit that it isn't very good objectively. The jumping physics are really off. And the game is just too short. I do like how you have 2 different control schemes to choose from, but I don't think you should be able to switch at will, maybe only in bewteen levels. And the graphics can be a mess at times, too. It's not a bad little play, but the game itself isn't great. Maybe the sequel will be better?
Orebody: Binder's Tale is good, for the most part. But I really do question some of the enemy placements and attack patterns, where it seems you have to be near-pixel-perfect to dodge things, especially early into the game. It ruins the flow of the game so much. I want to like this game more than I do, and it has so much potential. But what is there has issues, unfortunately.
Thunder Paw is good. I didn't get to it in this video, but if the 2nd boss is the same, I will have no idea how to beat it. But for what I experienced in this video, the game is fun! I look forward to continuing this one again! :)
So, I didn't have the greatest of times when playing for this video. But that happens, and it's okay.
Next video will have all the new games that we haven't seen before! :D
