Trying The Oliver Twins Collection (Part 1) [Evercade #54]

I know that Dizzy has a bad reputation in the West...but why? These games here are great so far!
The two "main" Dizzy games are pretty similar so I don't have much to say individually, but I love the exploration and figuring out what items do what, how different things and characters react, etc. It's all about exploring and experimenting, which is awesome!
FireHawk isn't bad, albeit a little boring. The game itself doesn't seem too long as the manual/description only say there are a few missions. The gameplay is interesting, and I think music would make it better, but it's not a bad game.
And I love Go! Dizzy Go!. It definitely is more than one might think at first glance. The music is good, the powerups are varied, and there is a very interesting 2 player mode here too. I might even call it a hidden gem, really.
So yeah, a very good start to this collection! I'm excited to see what else this catridge has to offer! :D
