Just like with IREM Arcade 1, I was really looking forward to this one.
And the games are good, really! But like with a lot of IREM, I think most of these games are also just "too" difficult.
Tiger Heli and Flying Shark are similar in style, so I don't have a lot to say here specifically about them here. Good games, easy to understand, but just throw you to the wolves right at the start with the difficulty!
Alcon is so interesting with its upgrade system. I want to say this is one of my favorites on this cart, but taking the difficulty into account makes it hard for me to even say that. I love the idea, I just wish it was more accessible for me to actually play.
And Guardian is one of those games where it's hard, but super short. I don't think this game is "too" hard - it seems the territory for an arcade game. I like this one a lot, to bo honest. :)
So yeah, Toaplan and IREM both might not just be for me personally? Maybe if somehow difficulty options can be added or something that would be cool (people call them 'dip switches' or something?).
I like the shooters enough, but it might just not be for me in the end (or least, as they currently are).
