TSI Cycles Longplay (Commodore 64 Game)
TSI Cycles Longplay (Commodore 64 Game) -
TSI Cycles, also known as Laser Cycles, is an action game for the Commodore 64, developed by Turbo Software and released by Creative Equipment in 1983. The game takes obvious inspiration from the iconic light cycle segment of the 1982 film Tron. Players control a light cycle that leaves a solid trail behind as it moves across the screen. The goal is to outmaneuver opponents by avoiding collisions with both your own trail and theirs, while forcing them into a crash.
I'll be honest: I've never been able to figure out if the game has an endpoint or if it’s simply endless. For what it’s worth, I managed to win 52 rounds (outscoring my opponent) before I decided to call it quits. I think I’d played enough.
