This is simply a combination of Complex Clusterfuck, (and yes ignore the complex part in the title it is indeed a form of clusterfuck)
and the corruption cards, which I set to chaos mode so I always get a random card.
And for some reason, loading the game with these two mods active will either, freeze the game, or just outright crash. So it does indeed have permadeath.

Please note that just like I state in the video, corruption cards are not really compatible with forms of complex clusterfuck mods. So be prepared to face some issues with it. Most of it being game freezes and crashes.

Load with GZDOOM as the corruption card file that works with Zandronum does not work with any form of complex doom.

And A final note, I call it clusterfuck even though it is technically complex doom, however this still adds legendary monsters and weapons. Which clusterfuck is known for.
