Monday night sesh, completely annihilated shoulders. Supersets on everything, no fixed number of reps just did to failure on every exercise whilst going slow to get the negatives right.
Always finishing up strong on arms, more than happy with the end of this session cause I finally hit the 20kg dumbbells for a few reps on open palm curls πͺπͺ
