This tutorial may be based on MW3 Wii but it's overall the same for other games and platforms.

If the output is HD you may choose "HD 1080-60i (1920x1080; 29,970 fps)" as template for 1080p quality.

30 frames and "Internet HD" are the best for YouTube.
