Just Gimp,Blender,Phone/Camera

Text Instructions:

1. Take upclose high-res pic of your own skin and crop it down
2. Import into Gimp and go to filters "Tile Seemless"
3. Import as Brush texture in blender, use texture with texture paint
2 layers 1 with white colour, 1 with red colour (.4/5 saturation) or however you want your character to look like/adjust colour
4. ???
5. Profit
