Copy and past the following info into your batch files, add the address to your Supermodel folder between the quotation marks. Do this for both Player 1 and 2.

start /D"" Supermodel.exe -input-system=xinput name-of-your-zipped-game-here.zip -res=960,720
start /D"" Supermodel.exe -input-system=xinput name-of-your-zipped-game-here.zip -res=960,720

Have a read through the 'Supermodel advanced usage' section of the Supermodel homepage for further commands you can use in your batch files and also to download the emulator from.

A batch file that I'll typically use to start a 1 player game of Daytona USA 2: Battle on the Edge when I'm using my racing wheel will normally look like this:
supermodel daytona2.zip -input-system=dinput -force-feedback -fullscreen -ppc-frequency=55 -balance=100 -music-volume=100 -sound-volume=90 -wide-screen -res=1920,1080

Create a batch file and put the following in it to configure an Xinput device
supermodel -config-inputs -input-system=xinput

Change it to dinput for any other pads or wheels
supermodel -config-inputs -input-system=dinput

Remember though if you use a dinput device you'll only be able to control the the Supermodel window that's 'in focus'. Only Xinput lets you control multiple open windows.
