TWilight INSanity - Normal Mode C-Route ALL - 169,762,870 Hoshimi Twins
Let's take a look at an interesting series.
TWINS is the first game in a series of shmups produced by AQLOOP. The series consists of TWilight INSanity, TWilight RefrAIN and Alternative Sphere, the first two of which have recently received an English patch!
Uploading a Normal run mostly because I couldn't find any good scoring video's for this mode and this run is apparently pretty good!
Extra stage and Hard mode video's will probably follow later. Hard mode changes the formula quite a lot.

Dialogue changes depending on infectionrate and twinsrate. With twinsrate it mostly determines who's the more dominant speaker in conversation. It's pretty amusing.
So yeah this is the C-route, the best route you can take. The A and B stages are a bit different from the C ones as the stages are different and the bosses are different or won't fight at their full potential.
6-C is also the only route with the TLB. There is no 2-C and 3 is just 3.
Scoring is mostly speedkilling the enemies and grabbing the score crystals. Each score crystal increases in value as you pick them up to a certain extend so they're worth quite a lot after a while. Speedkilling gives you more e-crystals which in turn give you more tensions to use. Tensions are useful because they suck up all the score crystals and let you speedkill more efficiently. It's important to note that tensions do not give you invulnerability frames. They're more like 5 second hypers than bombs that way, Hoshimi team incidentally has the strongest tension of all the teams.
