So as of the 19th of April Twitch will be enforcing a 100 hour max storage system that will impact highlights and uploads. All creators have sixty days to either download or delete content to lower that limit on their channel. If still over the limit by the time the new system comes into effect, Twitch will take it upon themselves to delete the content themselves.
