Assuming you're familiar with normal I'll go over the heroic changes and what to do.

The most notable change through all three phases is that explosive corruption now spreads the explosive corruption debuff to players hit by orbs. You'll need to be very careful on heroic where you could mostly ignore it on normal. Get the debuff out fast and pay attention to orbs! This change alone caused the most wipes for us.

You're going to have to be much faster in phase 1 with your power matrix going, since the Blightspreader Tendrils (A new add in p1 that casts a spell that wipes the raid if not interrupted) need an interrupt rotation and if you have two up you'll be hard pressed to keep Cyclopean Terrors interrupted too. You'll get a Blightspreader Tendril once a minute. They have far too much HP to kill, and just need to be interrupted and tanked until the reorigination drive kills them for you. Focus DPS on the Cyclopean Terrors and keep interrupting torment halfway through the cast.

The fastest way to do the power matrices in phase 1 is to have certain classes solo them, with aid of a warlock portal. Warriors can portal, heroic leap, charge a cyst, then charge again and reach the deposit box. Monks can put up their transcendence at the box, warlock portal, chi torpedo twice and transcend to solo. Demon hunters can warlock portal, dash, dash, vengeful retreat and meta leap to the box. You only need one tank for p1 so if your tank is one of those classes they can do it.

If you don't have warlocks or these classes phase 1 will be harder for you on heroic.

In phase 2 the power matrix is less of a rush and you can use two people again for safety.

Wave of Corruption on heroic requires the raid to be 5 yards spread out. The boss does two waves then a blood feast then repeats. So you'll spread, wait for two waves, then collapse on the boss for feast and for AoE healing. As the Gibbering Horror spawns immediately spread back out.

With our dps we found the best way was to kill the first Gibbering Horror, then ignore the second and activate the reorigination drive as the third spawned. This way the reorigination blast kills the two horrors and you can bloodlust and burn G'huun down to 20% in the reorigination blast time. This will cause you to phase with zero stacks of Putrid Blood.

The final power matrix group should have a hybrid dps in it who can sit with the power matrix at the deposit box and wait for the correct time to put it in while healing themselves. If they leave for the power matrix after the first blood feast they'll have zero putrid blood stacks.

Phase 3, if you phase cleanly, is fairly straightforward. The boss does his abilities in a set order that repeats.

First, red patches called Malignant Growths spawn on half the floor. Move to the clear area. Then more growths spawn on the other half. Wait for the first growths to explode then move to the now clear area and start spreading out. G'huun will then do a Wave of Corruption and Gaze of G'huun at the same time, so turn away and stay spread. These abilities then repeat. Growth, then wave+Gaze. Explosive corruption will also keep coming through this phase so be careful.

Also in phase 3, standing too close to the yellow reorigination drive openings around the edges of the room will kill you with yellow lighting, keep clear.
