This boss is largely about sorting out the first people to go through the barrier.

The only major differences are both types of lasers happening at once, two minutes instead of three to get everyone through each room and different add types for tanks and healers. The new healer add (Viral Contagion) does a cast that can be interrupted by stuns that puts a heavy magic dot (Endemic Virus) on a player, that spreads to everyone within 10 yards when dispelled. The tank add (Resistant Bacterium) buffs other adds and melees hard. DPS adds do what they did on heroic and will wipe you if you miss an interrupt.

What we did that I think will work for just about any comp is to send three people through immediately with heavy raid cooldowns (Melee DPS with AoE stuns) and three more people through a few seconds later (Tank, healer, high AoE dps) and have them save all dps cds on the pull. Give the first three assist and have them mark their own Remnant of Corruption to interrupt. Also sort out an AoE stun rotation. That way once AoE stuns are on DRs you'll be able to successfully single target interrupt all four adds. The adds must die after single target interrupts and AoE stuns are exhausted. For the second go through the first six should likely dps potion to make sure their adds die on time.

After the first six, you can send people through one at a time (A warlock portal is nice to send them through quick) every six seconds or so safely. You don't want to send them through with lasers coming up especially healers since it will be hard to stun the cast and you'll be stacked up if you get the magic DoT. The timing is tight but not tight enough that you have to continually send people during dangerous moments.

The second time you go through, you'll want to wait for the first lasers to be over before you send the first six, or it will be fairly impossible to keep the adds under control during lasers.

The lasers that sweep across the room start hurting first, so get in the gap for those then worry about getting in the swirls for the ceiling lasers. Once the laser sweep has passed you can spread out in the swirls to dodge fire or sanitizing strike.
