UNCENSORED C64 tested the 1st part of the demo comparing the audio of SID8580 vs ARMSID vs MistFPGA!
in the video I tested the audio part of the first part of the Uncensored DEMO by Booze Design on 3 Commodore 64s (1 of 3 C64 has the MiSTFPGA inside instead of the motherboard).
In the demo every 10 seconds you will hear the audio of the next computer for about 7 minutes. The audio has a slight background noise because I didn't use filters to try to make it as faithful as possible, recording it via LineIN of the PC).
The details of the 3 SID 8580 variations are explained in the video with a brief description and color legend .... i hope you enjoy this test of our beloved C64's SID!
NOTE: obviously the DEMO was read from the virtual floppy PI1541 (fw1.23) the only one that can currently replace the real 1541 etc..
I used the penultimate firmware version because the latest with the RaspberryPI3 caused me instability as confirmed by the developer of PI1541.
