This is a tough and intense checkpoint. I played it a little yesterday but got my successful attempt after about 5 minutes playing today. I checked a video and the cave in the back works very well, as well as letting you spawn kill the reinforcements if you time the grenades right. You can leave a few enemies alive and go back to that cave to set it up. Reinforcements wont spawn until you finish off the first wave.
