Due to COVID-19, many of us have to self-quarantine. This can mean being told or being directed to stay indoors, which limits the choices we can make. This experience, and ones like it, can bring out many NPD maladaptive patterns that make managing this situation much more difficult. In this video I am going to talk about common responses and issues likely to be experienced and felt by those with NPD and NPD traits.
