The Orbital Gas Strike fires a shell that deploys a large cloud of corrosive gas into the bowels of the Terminid Swarm, or lingers around bots, eating them from the outside in. Mixing the DoT applied by the Gas Strike with the Fire Dot applied by the many incendiary weapons (and now lasers too!) helps spread Managed Democracy throughout the galaxy.

Remember, the Orbital Gas Strike is fired from your Destroyer in a shell, and a direct hit will close bug holes and destroy socialist fabricators. It also slows enemies affected by the gas cloud debuff, causing them to spend more time in the gas cloud and/or fire!

Gas damage will become much more prevalent once the new Chemical Agents Warbond comes out.
