Undertale is an indie RPG developed by Toby Fox, the creator of the Earthbound Halloween Hack. This game is the story of a human who falls into the monster-infested underground and must make it back to the surface. Enemies in the underground include goats, frogs, skeletons, dogs, spiders, etc., but the twist with this RPG is that you don't have to kill anything to progress the game further. Because of this mechanic, it is possible to get many different endings depending on who you kill. The true pacifist ending, which I will be doing first, requires you to not kill anything in the underground. The genocide ending is the opposite of the true pacifist ending: you have to kill everything. There are also various neutral endings which require a mix between genocide and true pacifist, unless it's your first run through the game in which you will always get a neutral ending. Undertale is available for $9.99 on Steam for PC and Mac.
