Have to wonder what goes on the dev's mind to make this a jump I might have to do. Even as I'm typing these post recording thoughts I still have no idea if that's the intended way to go at it. It's like if I made a road with a lot of signs saying "MINEFIELD" but it turns out I can just waltz without problems. It feels all wrong.

Maybe 'cause the jump itself has so much obstacles in between that it becomes the key factor why it doesn't feel intended. If there's a chunk of the window missing and I can jump to the catwalk without potentially getting side bumped to my doom, then it'd probably feel intended.
