Rune-Locked Vaults was in Soulforge layer 1 / Floor 5
to open it you need to click on Skull Rune Key

i saw a Rune-Locked Vaults

total of 4 Chain over the Rune-Locked Vaults
and 4 Skull Rune Key in front of it

click on the Skull to remove the chain
i didn't do it in any order

remember the rune color for each chain / Repeat

that's how i did it / GG

worst case : click, spam spam spam, loot chest, win.
