Today I'm talking about the recently released film adaptation of Until Dawn, the game of the same name. Is it as bad as they say, or is it enjoyable? In this video, I talk about my experience watching it, as well as answering the question of whether you should stay for the credits to see if there's a post-credits scene or not.
A year after her sister Melanie disappeared without a trace, Clover and her friends venture into a remote valley in the hopes of finding answers. There they discover an abandoned visitor center, but what seemed like a simple search soon turns into a nightmare: a masked killer begins hunting them down, brutally slaughtering them... only to wake up again at the beginning of that same night.
Trapped in a loop with no way out, they soon discover that each repetition brings with it a different threat, increasingly dangerous and terrifying. With time against them and a limited number of opportunities, there is only one way out: survive until dawn.
Based on the acclaimed 2015 video game, Until Dawn makes the leap to film with a completely original story starring new characters, yet faithful to the spirit of the game.
