I haven't played a ton of the game but I'm liking it so far (and I loved the first one). I do personally have issues with motion sickness. Not just in this game but in general. Head bob and motion blur is what gets me the most.
There's no reason for head bobbing in video games, that stuff doesn't happen in real life (your brain counteracts it). Which is why that causes issues for some people.
Anyway, hopefully they come out with the patch soon. I can only play so much before I start getting a little nauseated. Not a huge thing because I try to be careful when I play and that helps a good deal.
