Fast Cooldown can be nifty for DLC arenas, superbosses, or bosses otherwise way above your level. Outside of that, usually having 3 pods gives you enough Pod Programs to cycle through.

Also, do note that the location I'm farming is VERY specific. Not just any Small Stubby drops Fast Cooldown chips. Only ones in the underground parts of the Abandoned Factory.

I would apologize for the spoilers in my dialogue, but people really shouldn't be looking up NieR Automata videos if they don't wanna be spoiled, and as this video BY TITLE is directed towards people who have Chapter Select - something you only get after beating the game - it's not something that people who haven't gotten that far have any reason or business to be looking up at this point in their playthrough anyway :/
