First, to be able to break the seal, you have to have done a few things.

1) Unlock Eleanor by finding her in the coffin in the Northwest of the new map.
2) Use Eleanor and get SpellString, SpellStream and SpellStrike to max level to upgrade it (after opening a chest from a mini-boss) to unlock Maruto Cuts.
3) Use Maruto Cuts and evolve Eskizzibur by maxing it out AND also maxing out the Armor item to unlock Keitha. Eskizzibur will evolve when you open a chest from a mini-boss.

Once you have unlocked Keitha, take her into the new map. Evolve her starting weapon by maxing it out AND maxing out both the Clover and Bracer items. This will evolve her weapon once you grab a chest from a mini-boss (hopefully, unless you have another weapon that can evolve. If so, just keep opening chests until it does).

Once the weapon has evolved, take her to the inlet in the water in the Northwest of the map where the Seal is. It looks like an emerald. Just stand near it for a few seconds, and her evolved weapon will destroy it, taking you to a new level! To avoid spoilers, I stopped the video after breaking the Seal.
