You can now pick up all 3 quests from Ada-1 Outbreak Refined 1 & 2 & 3. Make sure to do the first step with getting kills with outbreak perfected.
Rapid Hit for Week 1.
Rewind Rounds for Week 2.
Headseeker for Week 3.
We also have the Zero Hour Exotic Ship and intrinsic perks to earn. You can now do all Vault Puzzles in 1 run.
Outbreak Refined Quest must be done in Legend and Vault Puzzles can be done in Normal and Legend. For the sake of the video. It was done in Legend.

Steps for Vault Puzzle 1
- Clear 2nd Enemy room with Brig.
-Head back to the entrance on the elevated bridge. partially broken. Make sure to have the Outbreak Perfected.
- Interact with the panel. You have 40 seconds to shoot the correct symbol shown on the panel. There are only 3 around the area. It is random each time.
- Once finished. Make your way to the Vault and the first room to the left "square" should be open.
- Use the arrows under the square for the order. Interact with the 6 terminals to get the Intrinsic and ship schematic.
Steps for Outbreak Refined I
- Talk to Ada-1 to pick up the quest after finishing Zero Hour one time.
It must be in Legend
- Pretty much past all combat areas and up to Covert Passage. Instead of heading under the ship. You head to the right-side vents.
- Eventually, you will see 4 silos and a waterfall in the middle. Look for the red pipes and head inside to see 2 fallen captains.
- Head to the top back left corner and interact with the switch. That should open up silo 3. If not just go in all corners.
- In the middle, there is one switch. That one is needed for the quest. You will have 40 seconds to head back to where you came from. Head up from silo 3. Which is the normal path to traverse the mission. Before heading into the vent. The switch should be on the left wall. If you messed up. You can just do it again.
- After doing both switches the quest should update and now you just need to finish legend mode one time.
Steps for Vault Puzzle 2 -
- Clear all Enemy encounters until you get to Covert Passage. The area with the ship.
-Head in the vent in the very back left.
- Interact with the panel. You have 40 seconds to shoot the correct symbol shown on the panel. There are only 3 around the area. It is random each time.
- Once finished. Make your way to the Vault and the last room to the left. "Diamond" should be open.
- Use the arrows under the square for the order. Interact with the 6 terminals to get the Intrinsic and ship schematic.
Steps for Outbreak Refined II
- Talk to Ada-1 to pick up the quest after finishing Zero Hour one time.
It must be in Legend
- Pretty much past all combat areas and up to Covert Passage. Instead of heading under the ship. You head to the right-side vents.
- You continue the normal route by opening Silo 3 and head up that.
- The room with the 3 Vandals and Fallen Captain is the correct room. Clear the room and hit the lever at the end to make the pakour easier.
- The first lever is on the very first platform upon entering the room. On the Right. Once you interact with it. You have 30 seconds to get to the end of the vent to progress the mission. The next switch is on the left behind the red pipes. Before you progress any further with the mission.
Steps for Vault Puzzle 3
- Head to the Trevor Section
-Drop down to the left side. Before the right turn, there is a vent on the right wall. Inside is the panel.
- Interact with the panel. You have 40 seconds to shoot the correct symbol shown on the panel. There are only 3 around the area. It is random each time. Each symbol is close by on the left side of the map.
- Once finished. Make your way to the Vault and the 2nd room to the right "Slanted Square" should be open.
- Use the arrows under the square for the order. Interact with the 6 terminals to get the Intrinsic and ship schematic.
Steps for Outbreak Refined II
- After the 2nd Set of Switches. Head to the right pipe exit.
- Exit right while scaling the outside tower walls. Pull Switch 1 to get 30 seconds to get across the normal route but head up left instead.
- After doing both switches the quest should update and now you need to finish legend mode one time.
