Velanian Crisis Showcase - E2M1 100% in Par Time
So, A new big update just dropped from the mod I am working on, and before I give the big technical video about how it all works, I wanted to try something for fun. My mod's guns have heft. This is mainly because bigger, stronger baddies will eventually be programmed for my mod. However, for the craps and giggles side of it, I decided to see if I could beat par time all while getting tripple 100%'s on the intermission. I after a few attempts, I did it.
Note: lot's of unconventional measures were used, including the bubble shield, night vision and the Veteran's speed and jump height, but it was still fun!
In the short story my mod got these updates:
1) The bubble shield and night vision goggles now work only after they are found, unless the class has the powers. The veteran comes with both.
2) Totally reworked the code for the Annihilator, and cut almost 500 lines out of the code, and fixed a gun-breaking bug.
3) I added some new sounds.
4) Optimized the explosives the rockets shoot to do more damage and larger radius. DO NOT SHOOT THE MAGNUS CLUSTER AT SHORT RANGE!
5) With updates to the bubble shield, the whole script system that runs it all with the hud got a rework as well.

The options for Cat's Visor (Big thanks to Schrodinger's Cat from the Doom community for making that one public domain!), the flashlight, night vision and bubbleshield are in a menu in the options called "Valanian Crisis Options"
