Adding
MaxVRAM=14
to Rendition.cfg (The RReady config file) will fix the problem at the cost of performance. The game will run a lot slower.
With more than 14 MB of VRAM the game doesn't render the golems correctly.
I don't know whether this is a problem with RReady or the game. Perhaps someone with a Heritage Rendition Verité board (with 16 MB of VRAM) can chip in.
Also note the loading progress bars (front buffer rendering) shows up in this video (with flickering in this capture. There's no way that I know of with software capture that can capture front buffer effects without flicker). This was captured by using a windowed mode (with a resolution of 3939x2160x60 instead of 3840x2160x60 fullscreen (4k).
