After having finished his Austria playthrough, Shedcape returns with a new playthrough in Victoria 2 playing the Historical Project Mod.

This time he takes on one of Austria's historical rivals: The Ottoman Empire. Much like Austria, the Ottoman Empire is large, with a high population and very diverse culturally. With low literacy, underdeveloped military and woefully behind in technology it presents a worthwhile challenge.

Preliminary goal: Survive, develop and take Vienna.
