Video Chess (Atari 2600) *⚠️EPILEPSY WARNING*
𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚: Rapid flashing of bright colors capable of causing seizures frequently occur in this game! Watch at your own risk!
The first ever video game based on the Chess board game, this is Video Chess on the ancient Atari 2600, released in 1979. Much like the 1988 Battle Chess game, you can play the normal chess or mess around and cheat by customizing the play. However, unlike even that game on the Amiga PC or NES, as seen in the last part of the video, cheating the board is completely unrestricted, so you can put over 9 Queens or even 𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 and the game still plays (it doesn't take much to guess what happens in the latter)! A simple, but really crazy way to play Chess! Gameplay for each is at Game 8 (easiest) to make the CPU think as little as possible to avoid waiting a very long time.
Normal game with an extra Queen/Bishop/Rook (Black): 0:00-12:20 *Lose*
Queen army! (White): 12:21-24:27 *Win*
Cheating with Kings (White): 24:28-29:40 *GAME CRASH*
Fun fact: My Super Eeveelutions, which each being Queen Lazuli and are nine in total of herself, with myself is the one protector (King), the second part of the video reflects this accurately in my crossover.
