Demanding game mostly because there can be so many rats in the same area.

Started testing the game and in a couple of hours later realized that the amount of rats and their locations are randomized. It mean's that fps isn't 100% accurate in the description.

Verdict:
Medium graphics presets seems to be enough to get 30fps. 60fps or more requires lower resolution and details.
