The mod is back up on the nexus, but we need to talk about it because this case and cases like it have the potential to affect future mods and mod reviewers its VERY important this topic be discussed. I skimmed over this during my last video of this type, but after taking a little bit of time and hearing what other people had to say on this topic, I felt like it was important that the community was a whole, Mod Makers, Mod Users and not just reddit posters or people behind the safety wall of the Nexus Modders Private forums. This is a topic for EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY mod reviewers, and reviewers of any kind.
The alleged author of the the Floating Market, by the Reddit/Nexus Username of Tarshana according to accounts took MxR to court some time ago and this never reached the majority of people's ears until MxR spoke out on it briefly, but then it wasn't discussed. Many of us have been told that it has been settled out of court, meaning the case is over, but the results NEED to be discussed.
So think of this video as a review of the third-hand information I've gathered thus far about it. We need to talk.
