The BC interior catches a few days break as storms rage in the Pacific. For you interior folks mark Wednesday and Friday down as the days to keep an eye out for, snow or rain could be in your future. If you have to cross over a mountain pass these might be the snottiest days to do so.
Tonight I tried using www.ventusky.com and I found the site very usable for people of all levels of meteorological understanding. It gives scientific and simple terms, the mouse shows data for whatever location it is centered over and is a great alternative to www.windy.com. I might even prefer it's ability to search through different atmospheric pressures, something I use earth.nullschool.net for a lot. It has most of the same feature, but if you need a little more science I recommend playing around with this one.
One thing I did notice is that next time I'll use the black lines for wind indicators and not the white, the black turned up much better in the video. I'm learning here still too, but every show we're getting better and getting better quick.
Tomorrow night we're gonna try recording a new bit which I think we'll call COAST AND COAST WEATHER with Frankie MacDonald & Joey Only. Subscribe to our channels and tune in!
