This week on WedSNESday, Matt & Luke take on a lesser-known Atlus title from the SNES era, the "Strider for SNES" known as Run Saber. Battling a throng of strange and frightening mutants and half jet-half man creatures, they must attempt to fight their way through a future Asia to protect an already seriously jacked-up Earth.

Run Saber was developed by Horisoft and published for the SNES by Atlus in 1993. It is a side-scrolling action platformer featuring selectable heroes and a large amount of technical vertical level design, facilitated by the hero's ability to climb on any surface.
