Weekly Painting Progress- End of July! 7/26/21
81Hard to believe July is almost finished and I'm going to have to head back to work soon. Darn. At least I got some stuff painted during my free time. I'll probably slow down a bit when school officially gets rolling again, so we may not have a few weeks of painting videos. Just to warn y'all ahead of time.
Sparkletrout and I both tried our hands at Raging Heroes' tranchard warriors, but I'm going to give the win to him. His came out much better than mine. You can't see any of my highlights and the skin looks splotchy. Going to try his method of sealing things for future reference though.
Both of us were tinkering with models from Makers Cult as well. One of these days we'll try our hands at some of their vehicles (like the admech tanks that look like the Ohmu from Nausicaa). I was all set to get a bigger printer, pulled the trigger... and found out they had less in stock than they had thought. So I'm still chugging along with my Sonic Mini for the time being.
Almost finished my last Warhammer Underworlds warband. The witch doctor should be along shortly. Going to have to think long and hard how to do those Idoneth though. Maybe it's time to finish the sky dwarfs instead?
