So with the recent confirmation that Bully 2 has been canned for a THIRD time, in 2017, I got down to thinking over some old leaks from Red Dead Redemption 2 and Bully 2, alongside some strange activity from Rockstar regarding Bully in late 2016.....

I do talk a bit about Red Dead 2 in the first portion of the video alongside Borderlands 3 (another game owned by Take Two) briefly, but it's all to tie in with my theory.
