What Do We Need Today Yoga | 1 Hour | Audio class
Hello Everyone, welcome, my name is Laurie. I asked the class what do you need today, and they said hips, back, knees, and shoulders. This is a audio class, so you have to listen and not crick your neck up to see me, lol. Please listen to what your body is telling you. If something doesn't feel right, or painful, please back up, and be patient with yourself. Moving in a direction, a shape of the pose, finding that shape within your own body. Actually listening instead of looking can help with that. If you feel dizzy, nauseous, pain, dull or pinpointed feeling in your joints, tingling , numbness or if your mind says no, lol, listen to that inner voice to guide you. Namaste. Let's Yoga!
