What does it mean when you hear that a game is a "Take That" game? Take That has been used in games for a long time - we've all been hit with the "Draw 4" card in Uno - but the phrase "Take That Game" has become more and more commonplace in boardgame lingo, and we've had a lot of questions about what it actually means. So in this video, Jarred and Peyton break down what a Take That game really is.

Take that games can easily come across as being mean to other players, or make players feel like they're being singled out or targeted, especially with younger players. They can also be a ton of fun, this is just an important mechanic to really know your audience before you bring a really competitive take that game to the table.
