What is Quantum Mechanics (Tiktok version, edited for mobile). Quantum mechanics explained. A brief overview of a few of the main ideas in Quantum physics, and a couple of the early fundamental experiments that gave us insight into the tiny world of Quantum. Want to understand where Hollywood movies draw from? In movies such as Antman Quantumania?

We go over Schrondinger's Equation, Heisenberg's Uncertainty principle, discrete vs continuous values, probability distributions, electron clouds, spintronics (principle of quantum computers), the double slit experiment and the dual wave-particle nature of light and electromagnetism.

Video also has a quick mention about the engineering challenges of fitting more transistors into smaller and smaller spaces, of quantum tunneling, and current leakage. Going over Moore's Law (Gordon Moore from Intel Corp, average number of transistors doubles every 2 years)

Also trying out a few different things to make the visual aspects of the video a bit more engaging, and edited for pacing. Video is a section of the video "What is physics", check the link for the original video:

Original video has sections on math, physics in general, classical mechanics and relativity, in addition to the quantum section. It was filmed when I was still figuring out doing videos, so the video is a bit rough. Its interesting to re-edit content for mobile platforms like TikTok, since it presents the inverse incentive for length (Youtube likes long videos, TikTok has a hard cap at 10 mins). So messing around with different editing styles.

All content is survey level only, just a quick introduction to the main ideas within field.
