In this Division 2 build video I am looking at the highest damage possible from the Exotic LMG the Pestilence. I tried the Ninjabike messenger bag, Ongoing directive since the bug or glitch with turret and drone. Plus I also tried Catharsis, but this seems to be the highest damage possible still. Now this involves a bit of theory crafting because I am not investing much time into Expertise. Which means I am missing 21% weapon damage from not having that expertise. However if you love Pesti builds in the Division, this is going to be the hardest hitting way to go solo
