Jim Cramer said that the Apes should stay in the Zoo and that AMC Retail investors are horrendous stock pickers, however, AMC is up 2,526% year to date and Gamestop is up over 950%... doesn't sound too horrendous to me.
Especially when you consider the AMC chart, we have been on a steep up-trend, using the trend line as support, not resistance. If anything, it is the Shorts that are struggling.
Looking at Ortex we can see that the average days AMC stock has been on loan is around 45 days, meaning that the shorts have an average price of $10, currently suffering a 450% loss. MARGIN CALLS ARE COMING.
