What makes a good player in fighting games? The bully, auto pilot zone...ASMR

So yeah what makes a good player? I think its everything.. but most fall in that sorta still kinda bad zone, or quazi good zone... The levels of being out right bad, and out right good or less. And theres a bigger middle ground. And in this middle ground there is a bigger mish mash of players that are perhaps good at one attribute of said game, or character and they will try to auto pilot with that, to bully someone else with that. But since they are not truly versatile they often will beat them selves, and they are more likely to get auto piloted themselves and bullied.... Certainly even at higher level players can go on win streaks vs each other.. and that middle ground player can beat a better player of course lets say, but the better player the actual good players are more versatile and their ability to adapt will allow them to adapt to that say bully tactic and then they can beat that lesser player since they are not truly a well rounded player and only good at one thing. You know a good example of this might be again if anyone has watched some of my matches before there are some players that have good rankings say in games, that I have beat with just absolute stupid shit, like not really doing anything. Because I can tell they are not truly at the level of being a good player. I can tell they get by by bullying others, not by a actual well rounded level of skill. Again its kinda ambiguous maybe and its hard to explain. Sometimes theres a feel I guess.
Perhaps you could say and just because its so easy to talk shit about A2 is a great example for a lot of qauzi bad players to qauzi good players because besides regular sorta different variables that make you a good player. Lets say we got one guy who is at this level, he has that basic knowledge or skillset that allows him to bully people to make himself feel good about well himself.. but lets say he starts to vs someone else that is a similar level perhaps, or even a level above even. You throw in something nonsensical like a CC this allows a variable that allows this player to then sometimes when matches they shouldnt, to make themselves feel good about themselves, and hell even if they lose they can just cope and shrug it off and say they only lost because of CC so its not really "their" fault.. but hey they still love the game!
