A demonstration of the capabilities of the Tornado GR4 has taken place today in Norfolk.

Personnel at RAF Marham demonstrated how the jet still has a critical role to play in Afghanistan.

However, the future of the base remains uncertain following the Strategic Defence and Security Review. Either RAF Marham or RAF Lossiemouth, who both house Tornados, look set to close under the cuts.

British Forces News reporter Tim Cooper spoke to the Station Commander of RAF Marham, Group Captain Pete Rochelle.
