Changes in this version:
World:
- Pillager Outposts generate in any biome a village can be generated
- Uses the jigsaw for generation
- Loot chests at the top
- Crossbow, wheat, potato, carrot, dark_oak_log, experience_bottle, string, arrow, tripwire_hook, iron_ingot, enchanted book
- Tower can be in good shape or overgrown
- Minor structures around the main tower: Tents, targets, logs, cages, plates

Raids:
- Killing a boss illager wearing a banner on its head gives a bad omen effect
- Entering a village with the bad omen effect triggers a raid
- Pillagers/illagers spawning randomly and attacking village, can include beasts
- Raid boss bar is displayed like the ender dragon health bar, decreases on illager kills
- Shows number remaining near end
- Higher levels of bad omen = stronger raid, more waves of enemies

Gameplay:
- Fixed dying shulker boxes not working
- Vindicators can now break down doors

Visuals:
- Fish texture changed back
- Birch logs texture updated
- Fixed leashes spazzing out
- Fixed eating block entities making lava particles

Tech:
- Pillager_Outpost is now a valid entry for /locate
- New effect: minecraft:bad_omen

Bugs:
- Incredibly bad server performance for generating world
