In this Subnautica Guide, I will show you where you can find every fragment for the Stasis Rifle in Subnautica. Hope this Helps:)

The Stasis rifle is an especially strong and incredibly useful tool to have in Subnautica as it pretty much lets you freeze any creature long enough for you to run away or if you are daring you can kill the creature using your knife, you can charge the stasis rifle up as well before shooting it, so the longer you charge it up the longer your target is frozen and the bigger the stasis area is as well.
