Diving back into Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game, I thought I'd have a chat about another of my favourite MESBG miniatures. Eowyn is another Rohan character that I totally adore and I thought it would be fun to talk through why I think she's awesome AND how you could find some alternative miniatures to add to your Rohan army to get more Shield-Maidens into the mix.

I talk about Eowyn as a character, how Mirando Otto's take on her made me love her as a hero even more, the use of her in-game as Eowyn and as Dernhelm as well as what links she has back to Shieldmaidens of old and the Dark Ages through both the Vikings and Anglo-Saxons/Late Romans. She really is a font of inspiration for taking your Rohan force in a different direction.
