Lords of the Fallen 2023 is a game that was deemed to be a "Dark Souls 4.5" by the creative director and it hasn't done very well having mixed reviews and a small player base still complaining about performance issues despite being on sale with a 50% discount and recently releasing a major update taking the game to version 1.5 that was supposed to fix those issues.
The game isn't awful by any means and it sold over a million copies within 10 days but considering it's been on sale 5 times in 7 months for as big as a 50% discount and the fact it lost over 50% of its Steam players only 10 days after launch I consider Lords of the Fallen 2023 to be a huge flop.
