Why Secret of Mana Isn't That Good
28With Trials of Mana coming out (and looking very promising based on those review scores), it's time to evaluate the game's predecessor Secret of Mana. By looking at it without nostalgia goggles, it's hard for me to find things to like about the SNES classic. From an op magic system to a questionable hit detection system for physical attacks to accuracy in an action RPG, there's just too much about this game that is far too grind, as well as other elements that are fundamentally broken for me to find this game enjoyable.
