So the Exp. Share in Pokémon is a bit unbalanced and can cause you to be over-leveled, making the game way too easy. In this video, I go through the numbers behind how Exp. is awarded in Pokémon and propose a potential fix to the Exp. Share, by making it a little less OP. This should in effect, make Pokémon harder, going into the future.
