Steam has a loop hole which allows bad and scam developers to make a lot of money. This video is an explanation of that loop hole, with the hope that Valve closes it. They're well aware of it, and make some good money because of the loop hole. I've also included a case study developer/publisher to prove my points made in the video. All of this became openly seen with Digital Homicide, but since then, through more research I've discovered that it is more wide spread.
