Why We Don't "Let Them Choose" - To Walk Off a Cliff?!
3One of the biggest misconceptions parents have (even those who proclaim to be Christian [eh hem, lukewarm]) is that they should allow their children to “choose”.
Yes, unfortunately my parents did make this mistake as well. And what did Russell say he did immediately after? The worst thing we want them to do. He started looking around at everything including Scientology. Let them choose to do this, or make sure they don’t go running off into the middle of the road? How many times have you heard “We let them choose” being said as if that’s the correct way, that it’s gospel? But it isn’t, and that should be obvious to you from the thumbnail for this video and what you’ve just seen in that interview, which I think says it all.
Those who know the truth and have found Christ have a duty - as disciples of men - to spread the Word and not allow others (especially their own children) to wander around lost in this great smorgasbord of falsehood and evil which surrounds the youth of this generation. You can’t seriously tell me that you want to let your children choose whether they want to change gender or not, which is actually a misstatement because you can’t really do this. You can pretend you can and look like a complete freak in doing so, but at the end of the day it’s all a lie and you can’t run from that fact.
Denying them the right path, or hoping that they might stumble upon it amongst the multitudes of wrong ones will undoubtedly force them onto one that is exploitable by Satan and destined for damnation. This is extremely irresponsible of the parent who should know better.
Bizarrely, some will quote scripture and preach the gospel to complete strangers, yet when it comes to their own children they have some kind of mental block. All seems to be forgotten. They wander off into Neverland where anything goes and their children can just make their own decisions. Yes who cares, it’s not my place to show you the right way, you have to learn on your own, yes. What? Are you mad? This completely contradicts everything Jesus and the disciples taught, as you may well know yet for whatever insane reason aren’t applying to your parenting.
And I’ll tell you why so many people are making this colossal mistake. It’s because you’ve heard it repeated over and over again by a worldly majority, by celebrities like Russell Crowe who thinks it’s cool that his mum allowed him to wander around like a lost lamb into all kinds of madness including Scientology, which is a very dangerous cult as I don’t need to tell you.
Many of you wouldn’t allow your minor child to change gender, would you? And rightfully so, because you know it’s madness. Well, it’s no different when you allow them to choose their faith but you already know the correct one. Why would you place those stumbling blocks before them? Why would you allow them to walk off a cliff and into the precipice where Satan’s rubbing his hands together saying great, look at these imbecilic parents leading their children straight towards me without me having to do anything. Thank you very much, I’ll take them from here.
